One team for the marketing and the operations.

Most businesses in this industry buy those separately — an agency that doesn't know how an installation is scheduled, and an ERP vendor that has never run a lead campaign. We exist because the handover between them is where the money goes.

We started from one observation

In custom kitchen and closet businesses, the marketing problem and the operations problem are the same problem, seen from two ends.

A lead that arrives faster than it can be answered is a marketing spend that becomes an operations failure. A quote that goes out with an unapproved discount is an operations gap that shows up as a margin problem. Fix one end and the other end still leaks.

So we build both.

Some clients need one. Some need both. We'd rather say which than sell both by default.

What we're like to work with

We say no

If your problem isn't one we're built for, you'll hear it on the first call — not three months into an engagement.

We don't inflate

We don't publish outcome numbers we can't attribute to a named client. You'll get fewer impressive figures from us than from the next proposal on your desk, and every one of ours will survive a question.

We work in both languages

Arabic and English — campaigns, implementation, training and support. Not translated after the fact.

How we work

One industry

Custom kitchens, closets, cabinets and made-to-order furniture. It's a narrow niche on purpose. It's why we already know what a discount slab is, why an installation slot is not the same as an appointment, and why your quarter looks the way it does around Ramadan.

Diagnosis before proposal

Every engagement starts with a 20-minute fit call and a look at what's actually happening. If the honest answer is that you don't need us, that's the answer you get. It costs less to say so early.

We got tired of watching good businesses lose money in the gap between two suppliers who never spoke to each other.

The agency blamed the sales team for not following up. The software vendor blamed the marketing for sending unqualified leads. Both were paid. Neither was wrong. And the customer who messaged on a Tuesday evening bought from someone else by Thursday.

We built iTech Solutions to take that argument off the table — one team accountable for the lead arriving and for what happens to it afterwards.

That's still the whole idea.

How we got here

We didn't start out narrow. The focus came from the work.

  1. Where we started

    Building for whoever needed building

E-commerce stores, donation platforms, membership systems and portfolios — for restaurants, NGOs, universities, government bodies and international brands, across Egypt, Turkey and the United States.

  2. What we noticed

The same problem, again and again

Made-to-order businesses kept coming to us with the same shape of problem: leads arriving faster than anyone could answer them, quotes going out with discounts nobody approved, and installation dates that moved twice.

  3. Where we focused

    One industry, on purpose

Rather than build the same fixes over and over as custom work, we went deep on one vertical — custom kitchens, closets, cabinets and made-to-order furniture — and built for its exact sequence.

  4. What we build now

    Two products, one team

iTech Room ERP runs the operation. Growth Ops fills it with booked appointments. The years of broader work are why we can build both instead of only one.
