The Problem
Why You Need ERP
Running a furniture business without integrated systems creates invisible costs everywhere.
Leads Lost in WhatsApp
Inquiries scattered across phone threads. No one knows who followed up or when. Opportunities die in silence.
Quoting in Spreadsheets
Every salesperson does it differently. Pricing errors, margin leakage, hours wasted on manual calculations.
Payment Collection Battles
Payments not tied to milestones. Cash collection is a constant struggle. Projects pile up, cash doesn't.
Installation Chaos
Double bookings, missed appointments, unhappy customers. No visibility into who's going where and when.
The Foundation
What is ERP?
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a unified system that connects every part of your business — sales, operations, finance, and delivery — into one source of truth.
No more switching between apps. No more manual data entry. No more "let me check and get back to you."

Built on ERPNext / Frappe Platform
Open-source, enterprise-grade platform

Faster collection
Payments tied to milestones and approvals, not to promises.
Fewer installation conflicts
Scheduling visibility before the clash, not after.
One view
Pipeline, workload, delivery and collections in a single place.
Implementation
Go-live in as fast as 2 weeks
Two weeks is the floor, not the promise. It depends on scope, how clean your data is, and how fast decisions get made on your side. We'll tell you which of those applies to you on the fit call, before you commit to anything.
Scenario mapping & setup
- Scenario mapping
- System setup, roles and permissions
- Workflows and print formats
- Discount and commission slabs
Migration, training & go-live
- Master data migration
- Payment-workflow validation
- Role-based training
- Go-live and hypercare
Data migration is part of the implementation, not an extra line item. Larger scopes — full accounting, multiple branches, integrations — take longer, and we'll scope that honestly rather than quote you the fastest number.
The platform
Built on ERPNext / Frappe Platform
ERPNext is an established, open-source ERP platform with global adoption — which means no vendor lock-in and a system you can keep growing into. iTech Room ERP is the vertical layer on top: the workflows, dashboards and industry controls that a made-to-order installation business needs and that a generic ERP makes you build yourself.
Available as add-ons
ZATCA Phase 2 integration support
Saudi ArabiaInvoicing readiness, an integration approach defined for your environment, and scenario testing with a UAT checklist before go-live.
Optional AI layer, enabled on request
Lead scoring, at-risk-lead alerts, next-best-action prompts and pipeline forecasting. Not switched on by default, and it depends on your data being ready.
Design-to-quote workflow
We connect post-design outputs into quoting and execution, so designers keep working in the tools they already use.
Custom integrations and additional workflows
Quoted separately.
Bronze, Silver and Gold support tiers. Response commitments are set in your contract, in Arabic or English.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is iTech Room ERP?
A vertical, workflow-first system for custom kitchen, closet and cabinet businesses. It connects CRM, quoting, payments, projects, installations and after-sales support in one place, so the work moves in one sequence instead of across four tools.
Who is it for?
SMB and growth-stage businesses that need control over follow-ups, discounts, payments and installation schedules. It also suits multi-branch operators who need one consistent way of working across locations.
What is it built on?
ERPNext / Frappe Platform. We extend it with the vertical workflows, dashboards and controls that made-to-order installation businesses need.
How is this different from a generic ERP?
A generic ERP assumes you manufacture to stock or sell off a shelf. Yours is designed, quoted, discounted, deposited, produced, delivered, installed, and then supported. Discount approvals, commission slabs, installation slots and reschedule tracking are built in here. In a generic ERP they are a customisation project.
How long does implementation take?
Go-live in as fast as 2 weeks for the Core Operations package, depending on scope, data readiness and how quickly decisions are made. Larger scopes take longer, and we'll say so before you sign rather than after.
Do we have to change how we work?
Some of it, yes — that is usually the point. We map your current scenarios in week one and build around them. Where we push back, it's on the parts that are already costing you money, like discounts with no approval step.
Can you connect to our design software?
We connect post-design outputs into quoting and execution, so your designers stay in the tools they know. Bring your setup to the fit call and we'll tell you exactly what that looks like for you.
Does it handle ZATCA in Saudi Arabia?
We provide ZATCA Phase 2 integration support, with the approach defined for your specific environment and tested against your scenarios before go-live.
What about our existing data?
Migration of your master data is part of the implementation. We validate it with you before go-live rather than after.
What support do we get?
Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers, with response commitments set in your contract. Support runs in Arabic and English.
What does it cost?
A one-time implementation fee plus a monthly subscription. The number depends on scope, users and branches, so we quote it after the fit call — not before we know what you actually need.
What if it turns out not to be a fit?
Then we say so on the 20-minute call, and neither of us has lost an afternoon. That call exists to find the mismatch early.
See it running on your workflow, not ours.
Twenty minutes to map how your leads, quotes, payments and installations move today. If it matches what the system does, we'll show you the demo built around it and plan the go-live. If it doesn't, we'll tell you.
