Subscription Cancellations

How to Cancel

You can cancel your iTech Solutions subscription through multiple methods:

  • Self-service cancellation through your account dashboard
  • Email request to [email protected]
  • Phone call to our support team at +1 917 793 5550
  • Written notice to our business address

Cancellation Timeline

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime with immediate account access termination
  • Or schedule cancellation for end of current billing cycle
  • Access continues until end of paid period
  • No partial month refunds unless within trial period

Annual Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime, but service continues until subscription expiration
  • No automatic renewal after cancellation
  • Data export available for 90 days post-cancellation
  • Pro-rated refunds considered within first 90 days (see Refund Policy)

Professional Services

Implementation Projects

  • Cancel before project start: Full refund minus administrative fees
  • Cancel during project: Charges apply for completed work
  • 48-hour notice required for scheduled implementation sessions
  • Change orders may affect cancellation terms

Training & Consulting

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% charge applies
  • Less than 24 hours: Full session charge
  • No-show: Full session charge and potential contract termination

Custom Development

  • Cancellation allowed before development begins
  • Work-in-progress charged based on completion percentage
  • Source code and deliverables provided for completed portions
  • 30-day notice required for ongoing development contracts

Data Retention & Export

After Cancellation

  • Immediate: Account access suspended (read-only mode)
  • 30 days: Data export deadline
  • 90 days: Data backup retention period
  • After 90 days: Complete data deletion

Data Export Process

  • Request export within 30 days of cancellation
  • Standard formats: CSV, XML, JSON
  • Custom export formats available for additional fee
  • Large data exports may require 5-10 business days

Account Reactivation

Cancelled accounts may be reactivated under these conditions:

  • Reactivation within 90 days: Full data restoration
  • Reactivation after 90 days: New account setup required
  • Outstanding balances must be settled before reactivation
  • Enterprise contracts may have different reactivation terms

Involuntary Cancellation

iTech Solutions may cancel services for:

Payment Issues

  • Failed payments: 7-day grace period
  • Account suspension after 15 days
  • Service termination after 30 days
  • Collection activities may apply for unpaid balances

Terms Violations

  • Immediate suspension for serious violations
  • Warning period for minor policy breaches
  • Account review process before permanent termination
  • No refunds for violation-based cancellations

Enterprise Contract Cancellations

Enterprise agreements have specific cancellation terms outlined in individual contracts, including:

  • Notice periods (typically 30-90 days)
  • Early termination fees
  • Data transition assistance
  • Professional services completion requirements
