Termination

- Data export available for 90 days after termination
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties
- Your use is at your own risk
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by USA law. Disputes will be resolved through [ARBITRATION/COURTS] in the jurisdiction of iTech Solutions LLC.
